In order to add a new user you need to specify the username, password, home
directory, and whether pop email and ftp access is allowed. (Not all of these
options are available on all server configurations).
The users home directory is selected from the menu choices. For a pop only
account the default directory /home/username is the best choice.
If you need to provide ftp access to a directory that is not listed in the
menu use the Modify an existing account selection from the main menu.
